Delivery

All the articles that we offer come from our laboratory. Normally we manage to send you your parcel within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. When your request is delivered we will notify you by e-mail. For delivery we use different carriers depending on the area that the parcel is to be delivered to (UPS, FedEx,SDA, Italian postal service, etc…) . The delivery costs are at the expense of the client and are automatically deducted when the order is made. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the parcel (it normally only takes a few days). During the main holiday periods, such as Christmas or during August for example, you must consider that the delivery times will be slightly longer than usual: we always advise our customers to order a few days in advance.

LB di Benfaremo Luca is not responsible for any delivery problems in Italy or abroad caused by its carriers.

Invoicing

For every order made via Benfaremo.com, LB di Benfaremo Luca will issue an invoice for the material delivered. The invoice will be sent by e-mail to the person indicated in the order, pursuant to art. 14 of Italian presidential decree no. 445/2000 and Italian legislative decree no. 52/2004. Otherwise, it will be sent along with the shipment. The information provided by the client when making the order will be used in the invoice. It is not possible to change invoices after they have been issued.

Do you want to make a gift?

If you want your purchase to be sent to a different address, for example if it is a gift, we invite you to give the full address of where you want the gift to be sent. In this case, the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address, while the order will arrive at the address provided. Outside UE countries we are obliged to send a copy of proforma invoice with the goods.

Delivery

Delivery costs are at the expense of the client. Clients shall pay for the goods in the manner chosen upon ordering. LB di Benfaremo Luca is not responsible in any way should there be a delay in meeting the order or in delivery of the order by the carriers.Possible customs taxes and local taxes for shipments outside the Europe are at the expense of the client.

In the order you must indicate an address where there is a person who can receive the goods.

Should it not be possible to deliver the goods because there is no one present at the recipient’s address, the carrier will leave a note for you to contact its branch of reference in order to arrange to pick up the parcel.

Unless indicated explicitly by our Customer Service department, deliveries are made at street level. When the carrier delivers the goods, the customer must check:

• that there are the same number of items as indicated in the transport document;
• that the packaging is intact and is not damaged or wet, and that has not been tampered with in any way, including the materials used to close it (packing tape or metal clasps).

If there is any damage or if the number or description of the items does not correspond to the documentation, you must advise the carrier making the delivery of this immediately. Once the carrier’s document has been signed, the client cannot dispute the exterior characteristics of the delivered goods in any way.

Insurance

For orders of over EUR 300.00, insurance will automatically be included in the normal delivery expenses. The client does not have to select this guarantee, hence it is totally free of charge. The insurance provides protection against any problem concerning the money spent and the delivery itself.

Right of Withdrawal

If you have made a mistake in your order or have bought an item that you did not want, you can change it or withdraw from the purchase completely. You are obliged to send the item back to LB di Benfaremo Luca no later than 10 working days after the day you received the order (Italian legislative decree no. 185 of 22.5.1999).

We shall accept any returned items so long as they are in perfect condition and complete with all parts (packaging, counterfoils-labels, etc.). We shall refund the whole sum in the shortest possible period of time, and nevertheless within 30 working days of receiving notification of the withdrawal.

In order to notify of withdrawal, please send a registered letter with advice of delivery to LB di Benfaremo Luca, giving the details of the current account to be credited with the amount spent previously for the order. The only costs at the expense of the client which cannot be reimbursed are those for ship the product.

Remember: we do not provide reimbursements or replacements for items returned to LB di Benfaremo Luca and received after the deadline of 10 working days after the delivery date.

What do I have to do?

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by informing us in writing and sending a registered letter with advice of delivery to our address:

It is also possible to notify us in advance by telegram to the address indicated above, e-mail or fax on 055 286885, on condition that we receive confirmation by registered letter with advice of delivery within the next 48 hours.

For returning the item (the parcel must be packaged properly!), the service you use must guarantee insurance of the parcel. Please bear in mind that items sent to an address different to the one indicated above will not be taken into consideration.The court of Florence shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating the terms and conditions mentioned above

Warranty

Our jewelry has a warranty that protects them from any defect due to the construction process.If a crack or defects in construction occur within 24 months after the date of purchase we will make a free repairation or we replace with a new one (you have to pay only the shipping costs). The warranty is not valid against defects due to accident, even partial loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorized repairs. However, each product of Benfaremo Luca may be sent to our workshop for repairs after warranty expired, and in most cases will be charged only the shipping costs .
