Why can’t I find the same collection or piece of jewellery I saw a few days ago?

We do not mass produce our products, they are all objects made in line with the ancient Florentine craft of jewellery making.

To guarantee maximum speed in our deliveries to clients, if a piece of jewellery is out of stock, we temporarily suspend sales for the few days needed to produce that item again.

Don’t forget that we make unique objects: often the collections are produced in limited numbers, therefore availability is limited. We do this in order to guarantee original items for those who buy our products. Therefore, if you can no longer see a particular piece of jewellery, this may mean that it has been withdrawn from our catalogues. You can obtain information on our products by sending an e-mail to info@benfaremo.com.

How can I personalise my piece of jewellery?

You can personalise an item by engraving an inscription on the back. If it is possible to customise a particular item, when you click on the photo to visualise the technical details the words ‘personalise this item’ will appear. If you select this option, a small window will open where you can write the dedication that you want to engrave (for example, ‘25.09.07, I love you Francesco’ or ‘Francy & Ale forever’, etc.). The maximum number of characters that can fit on the item will be visualised underneath the window.

If the words ‘personalise this item’ do not appear, this means that there is no room for an inscription on that piece.

There is a EUR 10 charge for this service which, if selected, will automatically be added to the total cost of the object you have ordered.
